Is Blox League a League of Legends Game? No — Here Is What It Is

Is Blox League a League of Legends game?

No. Blox League has nothing to do with League of Legends or Riot Games. It is a car soccer game on Roblox — rocket-powered cars playing football — developed by the Roblox group blox league gaming, which launched on 24 September 2026. “League” in the name refers to its competitive match league structure, not to the Riot title.

The confusion is genuinely understandable, though. Keyword tools group “blox league” with searches like “league of legends roblox” (roughly 2,500 searches per month), “roblox league of legends” and “league of legends on roblox” — purely because the words overlap. If you arrived here from one of those searches, this page untangles it.

What is Blox League actually about?

Car soccer, in the Rocket League tradition:

• Two teams of rocket-powered cars chase a giant football
• Formats: 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3, ranked and casual
• Extras: trading cosmetics between players and car customization
• Free to play on Roblox, on PC, mobile and consoles

Nothing in that feature set — or anywhere in the official game description — involves MOBA mechanics: no champions, no abilities, no lanes, no minions. The full picture is in What is Blox League?

Where did the League of Legends confusion come from?

Three overlapping causes:

1. The name. “League” appears in both, and keyword autocomplete chains them together.
2. Search volume bleed. People searching for LoL-style games on Roblox see “Blox League” suggested and click through, which teaches search engines to keep pairing them.
3. New-game unknowns. Blox League launched on 24 September 2026, so for its first weeks there was little established information — a vacuum that name-based guesses filled.

The game’s own description settles it: the very first line is “Blox League: Car Soccer”.

Is there an official League of Legends game on Roblox?

No. Riot Games has not released League of Legends on Roblox, and no LoL experience on the platform is officially licensed by Riot. Roblox does host various MOBA-style and champion-arena games made by other developers — but none of them is League of Legends, and any project claiming official Riot affiliation should be treated with strong suspicion.

If you actually wanted a LoL-style game on Roblox

We keep this section honest: this wiki covers Blox League, not MOBA rankings, and we won’t list specific MOBA experiences we haven’t verified. What we can say factually:

• Roblox’s own discovery pages have a MOBA & Arena category where the platform’s champion-style games are listed and ranked by active players
• Search “MOBA” inside Roblox rather than following Discord or TikTok links, which is where impersonator “Roblox LoL” scams usually spread

If you came for the car soccer instead

Welcome — you are in the right place and the game is genuinely good for its size:

1. Start with Blox League car soccer basics for controls and kickoff habits
2. Pick your queue with modes and ranked play
3. Read the trading guide before swapping any cosmetics — the young item economy is full of scammers
